Install Super Internet TV

* Ensure no previous version of Super Internet TV is installed on your computer (if one is installed, uninstall it, as described below)
* Start the file onlinetv.exe and follow the instructions on screen
* If the installation program requests a restart, do so
* Be sure you read the ReadMe.txt file and your computer have the minimum required configuration

Uninstall Super Internet TV
To remove the Super Internet TV from your computer, follow the steps listed below:

* Open Start in Windows taskbar
* Select Settings
* Click Control Panel
* Double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon
* Select from the list:Super Internet TV
* Click on the Add/Remove button
* Continue uninstall procedure
* Once the uninstall procedure has been complete, Super Internet TV will have been successfully removed from your computer.

Frequently Asked Questions

Having problems connecting to the streams ?

1) If you have problems watching stations such as no video and audio only or other problems, please be sure you have installed the lastest version of Microsoft Media Player and RealPlayer

2) Some Firewalls (used in Networks) make it impossible to receive streaming media. Ask your Networkadministrator for more info.

3) Sometimes connections are very slow and it can take a while before a channel works. In some cases the channel won't load at all. Carefully read the error message and most important: be patient.
4) Don't forget that the live television depend on the origin and not of the program that show them, some stations can be off line temporarily or with too many connections, if you are receiving error messages on certain station try to syntonize it later.
5) Make sure your copy of the Super Internet TV is up to date.
Why I need Microsoft Media Player and RealPlayer?
Because Super Internet TV uses the system of decoding of both programs to present the radio and television signals. Super Internet TV cannot function without Windows Media Player and RealPlayer installed.

Some channels present many flaws.. Is an error of the program?
No, the quality and continuity of the image depends of where it's originates the signal and not of Super Internet TV, prove to syntonize it later.

Picture quality is poor, what is wrong?
The picture quality is dependent on the output of the station broadcasting. Video will not look comparable to normal TV unless the station broadcasts at a high rate (>150k). You must also have a fast enough connection to view a high speed station. A faster machine will not solve this issue.

Buffering - The stations I listen to, are always stopping and starting.
The buffering can not be avoided to an extent. The buffering can be attributed to your Modem connection, your ISP, the Internet traffic in general, and the station broadcasting. The most likely culprits are Internet traffic and the station's server being overloaded. Doing other Internet intensive work may increase buffering as well.

I constantly receive error 19, or error 14, what is the problem?
Many stations are now broadcasting in the latest version of RealPlayer. You should upgrade RealPlayer to listen to these stations.

I go to some chanels and I have "ready" and nothing works.
This is a network problem. You may encounter this phenomenon for one of the following reasons: 1) The server is down or busy. Try connecting to the server again later. 2) You are not connected to the local area network (LAN) or to the Internet. Connect to the network or Internet, and then try again. The tip of "ready" indicate that Super Internet TV cannot access this channel, it is ready to try another channel now.
I do not have any sound after I installed Super Internet TV.
Super Internet TV does not change any sound settings. Please check that your system volume control is set correctly, check your basic system sounds are working, and that the RealPlayer volume control is not too low or muted.
How do I exit Full Screen mode?
To exit Full Screen mode, use the [ESC] ("escape") key on your keyboard.
